Returns & Refunds

Returns Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Easy, right?
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Exclusions
Sorry, we can’t accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return
Step 1: Email us at info@wondeuk.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Step 2: Once we approve, we’ll send you the return instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label.
Step 3: Securely package your product to avoid any damage during transit.
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.
Refunds for Returns
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund. You’ll get back the amount you paid for the product(s), including delivery charges (if applicable). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at info@wondeuk.com with your order number and product details. After cancellation approval, we’ll provide return instructions, and products must be returned within 14 days of notification.
